M.S and H.S Teacher Mrs. Love
My name is Angie Love. I have been teaching at TCCS for 14 years. I taught 3rd grade for seven years, then moved to the middle school for six years, and this year I am teaching high school and middle school.
I attended Andersonville Theological Seminary and hold a Bachelor of Christian Education. My passion is teaching history and Bible. The highlight of my teaching career has been seeing students come to a saving faith in Jesus and watching that faith mature. It is my goal to make learning fun, so I play a lot of review games with the students in the class.
A lot of my time is spent in the classroom, but when I am home, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have been married to Keith for 28 years. Keith is a district manager for AutoZone. He loves old cars and we enjoy taking his 1969 Camaro to car shows. My daughter Kelsey is a medical assistant for Dr. Patel in Statesville. My son-in-law Ethan is an Iredell County Sheriff's Deputy. They have been married for almost four years. I don't have grandchildren yet, but I am looking forward to becoming a Mimi someday! My son Landon graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Student Ministry. He has decided to return to school at UNCC to receive his teaching license. His goal is to use his student ministry degree to impact students' lives in public high schools.
In my free time, I like to sit in my swing on my porch. I love spring and summer, but not crazy about the cold and snow. My favorite place to be is the beach! I love football and I'm a big Panthers fan. My favorite restaurant is Outback Steakhouse, but I love any place with steak and seafood. I am overall a simple, southern girl who likes to wear flip-flops and t-shirts. I attend The Cove Church at the Statesville Campus and help with the missions of the church. All in all, God has blessed me abundantly, and it is my joy to honor Him in my life!
